Delete your account

You can delete your account at any time — in the app, or by writing to us.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Sanatan Sanskar and tap the settings icon at the top of the Home screen.
  2. Open My Account.
  3. Tap Delete account, then Delete permanently.

Delete by email

Don't have the app any more? Email support@sanatansanskar.info from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete the account and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

  • Your account: name, email address, and any link to Google or Apple sign-in.
  • Bookmarks, saved scriptures and mantras, and jap history synced to your account.
  • Preferences stored with your account, such as meaning language and script.

Content downloaded to your device is removed when you uninstall the app. Deleting your account can't be undone.

Subscriptions

Purchases are billed by Google Play or the App Store. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in your Google Play or App Store account first. Their purchase records are kept under their own policies.
